1. Overview
At Mzorline Wears, we strive to provide quality fashion products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with this policy.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The item is free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged,
- defective,
- or different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@mzorlinewears.com.
Your request should include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- and clear photographs showing the item and the problem.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently accept exchanges for:
- incorrect sizes (subject to stock availability),
- defective products,
- or incorrect items shipped.
Customers requesting a size exchange for reasons other than our error are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement item unless otherwise stated.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available item of equal value or receive store credit.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where the return results from our error or a defective product.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to:
- our shipping error,
- an incorrect item,
- or a confirmed product defect,
customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.
9. Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, any refund issued may be reduced by applicable delivery and return handling charges.
